Helen graduated from Southampton University in 2002 with a Bsc Hons in Physiotherapy.

She then spent the next 4 years gaining experince in various fields within the NHS. Initially at Frimley Park Hospital, Frimley, Surrey and then at St Richards Hospital, Chichester. She then moved on to Treloar College in Alton in 2006 where she specialised in looking after children with special needs. She started her own private practice in 2004 and combined this with her other working commitments. Her main clinical interests lie with orthopaedics and sports injuries as well as having a keen interest in neurological physiotherapy.

She has also been a physiotherapist with the Guildford Heat Basketball Team for the past 5 years

Her personal interests include playing netball and tennis when not chasing around after two small children.
